Galatians 5:24; Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
The flesh constantly opposes the Spirit. Kingdom citizens are called to crucify the flesh—to deny its desires so the Spirit can lead. This is spiritual warfare and spiritual maturity.The flesh must be crucified for the Spirit to reign.
Prayer: Holy Spirit, help me crucify the desires of the flesh and walk in step with You.
Declaration: I am led by the Spirit; the desires of the flesh no longer rule me.
